SLA is fortunate to have an abundance of hard working volunteer team members and parents who manage the club. Our volunteer force not only coaches the Youth Academy, but also manages the club finances, logistics, field scheduling, social events and importantly, tournaments. SLA hosts the Singapore Spectacular every two years and we rely strongly on our volunteers to put on a fantastic tournament.
For U18 players, SLA encourages players to take on coaching opportunities. Developing three month practice plans that build coaching and leadership skills.
